Media Rotana all the way
I got a very good price here for a 5 star hotel!!! I know people that stayed at other 5 star hotels in dubai for twice and 3 times the price that hold a good name like the Crowne Plaza but the Media Rotana is much more modern, spacious and accommodating. there is an exceptional amount of construction around the hotel but there is construction everywhere. It was quiet in my room and did not mind the noise but there isn’t much of a view. Overall very satisfied and would stay here again. Very friendly staff as well.
Check out the Buddha Bar if your in town and looking for good nightlife.

Nice hotel, great room
Stayed for a weekend, and the room was great. Spacious, tastefully decorated, great bathroom, quiet. Had a fantastic meal at the Italian restaurant (they have an extensive charcuterie menu). My only complaint is that the gym was closed for renovations. They offered the use of the gym at a sister property, but the hours were limited.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Pay attention to the schedule for breakfast. The weekend I was there it ended at 10 a.m., and then no restaurant was open until 11:30 a.m.

its nice hotel, everything it right about it, don’t wait fancy hotel. it’s a hotel which you take if you want spend goof amount of money, and get exactly wat u paid for, the cleaness, good service, and great room serive.
