CHECK IN WAS TILL 3PM, RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND SLOW, BELLBOY WAS REALLY NICE
WE HAD TO RUSH TO GET READY BECAUSE THEY LET US CHECK IN UNTIL 3PM AND WE HAD TO BE AT A CHURCH CEREMONY AT 4:30PM. RECEPTIONIST WAS SLOW, IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO CHECK IN. tHE BELL BOY WAS REALLY NICE, HE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND ALL MY FAMILY WAS HAPPY WITH THE WAY HE WORKED.

The Carpet Turned Our Feet Black!!!
The hotel carpet turned our feet black. The people were very nice. The beds were very hard. A roach came to greet us, crawling out of the drawer beneath the TV. I think that pretty much says it all about this place. I wouldn’t recommend you stay there unless you are immune to the nastiness, which I’m sure some are. I’m not.

While your travelling in Mexico take some time to tour a few hotels as you pass by them. You WILL NOT get the truth online. I keep getting nasty hotels, but I keep trusting pictures and reviews online. Of course they’re going to show you the best of what they got.

awful,disgusting,do not book this hotel
This hotel was awful.The pool was brown ,The jacuzzi was empty.The room was dirty.the furniture looked like they got it at a garage sale.The terrace overlooked a vacant lot that was full of trash and weeds.
