Excellent location and conditions; Gas Station, Shopping Mall, Dinner / lunch at walk distance. Very good choise.

Not impressed
Had to find, hard to get into parking lot, never a place to park because IHOP customers take them. Silverfish, cockroaches, scratchy towels, rooms need new flooring, paint & bathroom re-do’s!
