Wonderful place to stay
I was quite impressed with the Hyatt. The room was new, super clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were great and responsive. The breakfast was nice as well. The location was right off the highway, which was perfect for our purposes. However, the location might be offputting to someone looking for a hotel in the middle of things. Quite impressed with the Hyatt Place and would stay, happily, at this hotel again.
We needed a crib which they delivered right away.

Hotel Stay
We were going to America Adventure Park with my daughters Girl Scout Troop in Muskegon. We didn’t like the Hotels we saw there so we decided to book with the Hyatt and we drove the hour it took to get to the park. We were very glad that we did. The Hyatt was very well maintained and the staff was very helpful.

Great hotel
I really like the hotel. The decor and cleanliness were great. The pool and fitness center were nice as well. All food/beverages are sold at the front desk. I would like to see vending machines on the floors for easier convenience.
