Excellent low-cost hotel
In summary, this is an excellent low-cost hotel and we enjoyed staying here very much. The room was extremely nice, large LCD TV, very soft large bed and a well spaced out bathroom with large shower head; no, we as people aren’t ’large’ but appreciate space and comfort. The hotel was nicely situated near restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Good choice
Clean hotel; spaceous room and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet okay (lacking fruit). Dine outside; much cheaper and nicer. English knowledge of staff somewhat limited, but they do their utmost to help you out. Strange the hotel doesn’t offer mailbox service. So, write your cards at the postoffice (only place where you can buy stamps) and post them at the same time. Overall, price/quality wise a good place to stay!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Indeed 10min walk Temple of Heaven.For other sights in Beijing take taxi (cost you less than USD 5 per ride). Hire a driver to visit Great Wall, Ming Graves (1 day); costs approx. USD 100. Although only 50 miles, it will take 1.5hr to get there. Summer palace also worth a visit (approx. 20 miles)

Decent hotel, decent location
Very nice hotel to just stay in, modern decor, view left to be desired (room view of a pile of rubble). Service was decent, cost was great. Located near downtown.
