Realities
This hotel is self-contained with excellent facilities. However, it is somewhat isolated unless you really like to walk. Example, 15 minutes to the nearest Metro stop. However, the rooms are nice and the staff excellent. Perfect for the business traveler, no so good for the family vacation.

There are plenty of bellhops though
The floors were completely filthy. The food was disgusting. The rooms were small. Left a person wondering how a hotel can be given 4 stars for 2 star comfort with a 5 star price.

Beautiful
Hyatt Crystal City was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room was spacious and very modern, and was equipped with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
