very disappointed
lamps did not work, several outlets did not work. tv had horrible reception. room not very clean and smelled. had to call to get room cleaned at 5:00 pm. maid still not been there to clean. no cups or coffee pkts left any of the 4 days. not enough towels left. breakfast buffet so full of people that there was never food left or coffee, etc unless maybe you was down there right when they opened. wait 1 hr and forget it. very disappointed

It was okay for what it was
This hotel was in fair condition. They could use a little remodeling. The room looked like an outdated version of the pictures they have posted. The rooms were clean but I’m a real neat freak and there was a little dust that was disgusting to me. The hotel service was nice. There was a lot of people hanging around after my boyfriend and I came from dinner. It was okay I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good at best!!!
Breakfast was the best part of this hotel, great variety and good way to start the day. Close to Ft. Jackson and easy to get downtown. HOWEVER, the staff was friendly, but extremely laxy as my room was not cleaned until 6 pm and I stayed 11 nights. The cleaning staff would lounge in the loby and I saw them in another room sitting and watching t.v. Electronic equipment was outdated and my toilet piping had to be totally replaced. It was a LONG 11 night stay!
