Great value for the money!
The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and had more amenities than expected. Our room had a fold out couch, king sized bed, fridge, and microwave. The continental breakfast far exceeded our expectations. They had biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, doughnuts, croissants, etc. Unlike many hotels whose continental breakfast is nothing more than stale cereal and toast. The park and fly option is very convenient and a little less money than the airport’s long term parking. With the parking in front of the office there is little worry about your vehicle being vandalized. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport leaves on a pretty frequent schedule and within 5 minutes of calling the hotel on the courtesy phone at the airport we were picked up. There is a computer in the lobby of the hotel for guest use, which was also kind of nice (at no charge). If you are traveling and using the airport or just in need of a nice hotel for not much money this one is a great value for the price. If you are accustomed to five star hotels, don’t think that is what you will find here. It always frustrates me to read reviews by people who stay at something like a Budget Inn and think they should be treated as though they were staying at a suite in the Trump Towers. Get real people! This is a Best Western so expect an average room with staff that are friendlier than I have been accustomed to at other economy hotelsand a few more amenities.

Hotel close to MCI airport, hotel shuttle service good. Hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was good. No other ammenities available.

Not impressed
The room what I was given doesn’t have any window. This should be 1 star rating. Definitely not 2 star. Internet access is poor. AC doesn’t work fully. Horrible experience. Will never go back there
