Attic retreat
My husband and I enjoyed the attic room... very comfortable and clean. One of the best European showers that we enjoyed on our trip too! The hotel staff was extremely courteous (when maid service was overlooked one day), and helpful (packed our breakfast to go one morning). Wi-fi in lobby and open and airy outdoor courtyard also pleasant comforts during our stay. -Chicago, IL USA

Great Service and a great hotel
Upon arrival we were given a suite on the second floor with a 20x20 ft deck off the back of the room (with lounge chairs as well as a table and chairs) and a small balcony off the side of the room with table and chairs. The room also had a seating area, heated floors in the bathroom and was stylishly decorated. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly at all hours of the day. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Coffee available 24 hrs. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The only ever so slight negative would be the neighborhood at night, which didn’t feel unsafe, but did feel a bit seedy by Scandinavian standards. The street the hotel was on was fine. The hotel is conveniently located to the train station and downtown attractions and other transportation. I’d happily stay at this wonderful and affordable hotel again!

very good value
This hotel is very convenient to the central train station and an easy walk to many Oslo sights. Check-in was a breeze, staff was very friendly and helpful, lobby was cheerful and clean. Our room was small but spotless, with modern, functional furnishings and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The hotel is a really good value. My only complaint is that there was a charge for wi-fi, although there is one computer with free internet in the lobby. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
