Great Location
We were attending the USTA Nationals and this hotel was a block away. While it is an older hotel, it is very nice and the pool is gorgeous. We were extremely comfortable staying at the Randolph and could get around town very easily.

It was alright
We called the hotel before we checked in, the person that answered the phone, seemed bothered by my call. I didn’t realize that I was bothering him. Seemed that every question I asked he just answered, like he couldn’t wait to get off the phone. Even when we checked in, they were not very friendly. It stormed the night we stayed and the satellite went out. Called the front desk and the gentleman that answered, said, oh, i didn’t know it was out, he stated he would look into it, but again, it seemed like the call was interrupting something more important. I’ve never been treated like this before. I’ve worked in Hotels and in Customer Service and never have I had this experience. I’d have to think pretty hard before I decide to stay at this hotel again.

not bad for the money and a pool/jaquzzi
No frills place to stay. Bed was somewhat comfortable. New airconditioning a plus, with small frig in room and lcd tv.
