Would not stay at this hotel
First morning, the shower didn’t work. We had a tour planned on the day so we needed to be leave by 8:30am. The hotel staff was extremely incompetent, first they told us to take a shower in the hotel gym, located on the first floor across the main entrance. Then they suggested we wait for the maintenance to fix the shower, they would arrive at 8:30am. At this point it was 8am I had enough we were ready to check out of the hotel, only then did they move us to a new room. Shower worked in the new room, but the water was clogged. We left a message, but no one ever fixed it :( I know this hotel is not a Hilton, if you had to choose this hotel, you would be better off staying in a Motel. As it is very poorly maintained and the staff is not capable of assisting their customer.

The hotel was OK, but next time I’m staying in center of London
The 45 min every day from the hotel to the center was tiring.. For the money we saved - about $300 - we spent some of it on the underground charges (the hote is zone 4 = more expensive) and time wasted was voluable too..otherwise it’s a nice budject hotel. Breakfast wasn’t included contrary to our belief that it would.
