great Hotel
We recently stayed for three days. The Hotel was fantastic. The service was outstanding. The Buffet’s were Awesome. If you want to stay on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong, the location was great. Only about a five minute walk to the Star Ferry, and right next to the train. Only thing I didn’t like were all of the very pushy Tailor vendors along nathan street that will not leave you alone. Otherwise everything was great. I only wish my room came with the breakfast buffet. I paid for the Deluxe Harbor view room, and the room was awesome, but I would have forgone the better view for a free Breakfast Buffet.

Nice hotel in a nice location.
Our first trip to Hong Kong. We had a harbor view room which offered a spectacular view of the Hong Kong Skyline. The Sheraton is located near the major shopping district and is across the harbor from downtown Hong Kong. We were originally concerned about the location but there are many sites and attractions on the Kowloon side (where the Sheraton is at). It’s very easy to cross the harbor either via the Star Ferry (cheap and sightworthy), or the subway - (clean, safe, with a stop located very close to the Sheraton). Bottom line - we’d likely stay here if we had another trip to Hong Kong. Recommended.

Great location, staff was very responsive to needs and offered good suggestions for nightlife in the area
