Ramada Inn, Owensboro, KY
The hotel was in a sad state of repair. Suposedly, it has new ownership and they are partaking a complete remodel. At present time, the rooms have plaster coming off the walls, shower is filthy, the bath mat looks as if it has been there since day one, shower head is not suitable for a tall person (much too low), sidewalk and street in front of the rooms was dirty with cigarette buts strewn about. The room was classified as a "non-smoking room", but there were cigarette burns to the furniture. It is not convenient to US 60 bypass and the price is no better than Executive Inn. The only advantage is you can park in front of your room.
