Fix the A/C!
I stayed for only one night in a room in the second floor. The person at the counter was friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. However, there was a stale beer smell all over the place which was the least of the problems. The refrigerator had an annoying ticking noise that I couldn’t fix. The worst was the ancient air conditioner in my room. I had to get up in the middle of the night to work the thermostat several times; it either did not start or kept going without regard to the temperature in the room. And it made a loud turbine noise that, in combination with the refrigerator ticking, kept me up all night.

Zona Rosa is a great destination to spend an afternooon. Good restaurants and good variety of shops, in a clean, family-friendly environment.
