Well run operation. Pleasant place away from airport for flights.
As two couples we had two rooms the night prior to catching a morning international flight. It turned out to be excellent for that purpose. Clean with good food and a most helpful staff but not overdone. Fairly large with a lot going on - excellent exercise facility - but restful and pleasant as well. We recommend.

It Was Okay
I was charged for drinks that we never had, so I wouldnt recommend roomservice. The big disappointment was being told that none of the hotels near the airport have shuttle service anymore (since January 2009); the taxi fare was 12 British Pounds one-way. The staff was very friendly, and more than willing to help us with anything.

I know I expect much
Having worked for the Four Seasons Company for serveral years, I know I have very high expectations when it comes to hotel stays. The Dalmahoy is a good hotel and I have little to complain about. With my back ground, I saw plent of areas where they can improve and refine the details, but none of these took away from my overall experience. If the price is right, I would stay here again when in the area.
