Not impressed
Breakfast was not included, rooms were small, corridors had bad light. Totally disappointed, not at all what was expected from a 5 star hotel in Europe.

Not Satisfied
This is my second attempt at a review. I think the language I used in the first reveiw was to strong. In Summary, Vienna is great, this hotel is not. The lobby and the check in desk are in the same room, you cannot get past the desk if someone is standing asking a question. The wall paper was falling off the wall in our room. The turndown service was provided in the morning at the same time that room was made up. Sorry, no chocolate on the pillow. The room was closet size and our room was in a little block of rooms behind the resturant. We were the forgotten few. There was no elevator, you had to walk past the diners as if you were walking to your table everytime you wanted to go to the room and carry your stuff up the stairs. If you came back from the gym and were sweaty it was a poor experience for the diners in suits and myself. We stayed at the marriott next door on our way back through Vienna and had a great time. This motel is not a 5, not by a long shot. Stay somewhere else.
Traveler's tip
The Marriott next door is excellent. There are numerous small great places to eat within a block or two of each of these motels. Thai, asian, middle eastern. All were great.

Vienna Vacation
The hotel is very elegant. The rooms were nice and comfortable enough. I was really impressed with the fitness center, I find most European fitness centers to be subpar, but this was much better than any other I have experienced. The location is convenient, a short walk to almost all of the main tourist stops.
