great place to stay
The hotel looks brand new. It is great for travelers with pets. The staff are polite and friendly.

Nice mid-way stop on trip.
The hotel was brand new and was very nice. The city didn’t have much to offer but the hotel was a good value for an overnight stop. Breakfast was basic (mostly cold/dry) continental. Pool (outdoor) was not open yet. Staff was very friendly.
Traveler's tip on dining
Don’t eat in at the Pizza Hut. The wait staff acted as if they never had "order-off-the-menu" guests. Order in to your room if you want pizza or get take out. We ended up getting ours to go as it took nearly 45 minutes to make our order.

Great new Hotel
This hotel opened August 2008 and there is hardly any wear on the hotel. Some linnen needs to be replaced, but this comes from another hotel manager’s view point. I am sure just like any other hotel, due to the economy evey penny is getting stretched. My husband and I travel to Mississippi evey year and we will stay at this hotel again next year!
