Never Again
shower control did not work, TV remote control missing - exterior of hotel filthy... finally, when I had to check out early due to family emergency, hotel owner refused Expedia’s request that I be refunded for the last night’s stay. Would never stay at this hotel nor would I recommend to my associates.

Just Okay
I stayed at this hotel for about a week. Before going I wanted to cancel because I was concerned about being too far away from Sarasota. They don’t refund even if you notify weeks in advance. So if you reserve with them you either go or lose your money. It turned out that I didn’t have any problems with the location anyway. The hotel was okay. The blankets were a rather hard, not nice and fluffy. They weren’t dirty - just the material was hard and it felt like they didn’t use any fabric softener. They need to get new blankets. They had a washer and dryer outside for guests to use - the machines were ancient they didn’t get the clothes that clean but thankfully didn’t do any permanent damage. I wouldn’t recommend the laundry. The rooms need to be remodeled. There was a repair done to the wall that didn’t look that well done- cosmetically. Showers worked - good pressure, hot water. No real problems with plumbing. Hotel did have pool that afforded some privacy. I didn’t use or notice anyone else using it. It was early spring and I didn’t hang around the hotel that much. There were two patios with chairs and tables which we did use and it was nice. No problems with AC or heat. They had cereal and pastries available for breakfast. Refridgerator worked good, microwave and iron were available but I didn’t use either. TV worked good no problems with remote. It was a good hotel for its price.
