Relaxing and beautiful.
Wonderful time at the Kala. The views of the ocean were spectacular, the food was excellent and the room was very contemporary and comfortable. I would have liked to have a comfortable chair in the room for reading. The hotel was addressing concerns about all the slippery stairs while I was there. Since it was raining off and on, I didn’t use the ocean facilities. A great place to stay if being right on the beach is not a concern.

A Perfect Holiday
My wife, 7-month-old little boy, and I stayed at the Kala for seven days from Dec. 25-Jan 1. For two days we stayed in a Deluxe Room and then moved to a Pool Villa for the remaining five days. We could not have been more satisfied. The architecture and rooms were delightful. The mix of Thai style and nature made for stunning views. From the service to the food to the view, all was great. We’d happily recommend this hotel again.
