great location, helpfull staff, clean and pleasant rooms
hotel nicely located convenient to old town center. could easily walk most places or take public transportation. Staff helpful and rooms more than adequate.

Nice hotel, Good location
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood not far from Old Town Square. Would recommend this hotel based upon location and it was clean. Rooms are outdated, bathrooms had been updated, hair dryer in our bathroom. Don’t miss the Bake Shop turn left outside hotel go straight to square and make another left. Bake Shop is on the corner on the right, great coffee and breakfast/lunch items.
Do NOT take the Gray Line Vienna day tour. Not enough time! 8 hours total travel time. Our driver, George, drove worse than a NYC cabbie and the tour guide read from a book & 6 people jammed in the back of a VW Eurovan. Totally unprofessional, SAVE your money. Skip it Ceske Krumlov was beautiful and is definitely a must see. We almost did not go, even though it was already paid for, because of the disastrous Vienna trip. Don’t miss the Bake Shop turn left outside hotel (Hotel Hastal) go straight to square and make another left. Bake Shop is on the corner on the right, great coffee and breakfast/lunch items.
