Quality Inn

This hotel is a bit older but the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great for a flight out of Lambert airport. The satff was friendly and helpful.

Tired hotel

I booked a room so I could get an early flight out of St. Louis after a long meeting in town. It served it’s purpose. I think this was the first time I had to haul a suitcase upstairs to the second floor. In addition, the coupon to go to the greasy spoon restaurant next door was novel. If you want a hotel for an early launch to the airport, paying a little for something else might be a good investment.

Convenient to airport, reasonable, breakfast included

Very convenient location...nice restaurant next door... breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Clean, confortable rooms.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Great place to stay after flying in to Lambert Airport. We left the next morning for Columbia and a visit with friends, but if you wanted to stay in the St. Louis area, we would recommend the Quality Inn.

Good location, free parking, satisfactory for the price

The location is close to the airport and the parking is free when staying there. No instruction about where to park and there are several businesses in the area. Room was clean, nice towels, no hot water in morning, being repaired, but they did not alert anyone. advertised hot breakfast but when I left at 7:00AM there was no sign of any breakfast preparations...

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

since the parking is free and it is within blocks of several other motels that did not offer a discount price, it was worth the drive...but no shuttle to the airport.

Wish to stay at the Quality inn Airport again

Quality inn airport hotel was very close to the airport and the most reasonable hotel in the St. Louis airport area.Hotel provided free airport shuttle. Shuttle came on time and saved our time. The staff was welcoming and energetic. They carried my luggage till my room. Room was clean and nicely made. Bed was plush and comfortable. St. Louis arch, Edwards stadium, Missouri botanical garden were the best St. Louis attractions, they were close to hotel so we could make it easily. Many restaurants around the area. St.Louis downtown was few minutes from Quality Inn Airport hotel. I recommend this hotel to travelers and wish to stay here again.

Functional, not worth the lower price

Front desk didn’t answer phone when we called from room to find out where ice machines were. Pair of dirty women’s underwear in hallway when I went looking for it. Had to call 3 times for shuttle from airport. Shuttle driver was indifferent. Description is that hotel is a block from airport which is why we chose it, but doesn’t mention there is an interstate between.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I booked Quality Inn Airport hotel of St Louis because of its price. This St. Louis hotel was selling at very good price on Expedia despite of been next to airport. I was happy with free hot breakfast offered by hotel. Fitness center served the purpose. Staff was accommodating. St Louis arch, Edwards Stadium, Botanical Garden of St. Louis, and St. Louis zoo were close to the hotel. I was able to attend the St. Louis Cardinals game on time as it was only few minutes drive from the Quality Inn Airport hotel. I found this hotel fairly priced and with better services than most other St. Louis hotels or motels, so I would recommend Quality Inn Airport hotel to travelers.

Good, inexpensive

Relatively clean older hotel. Air conditioner was very noisy.

It was just OK.

It was fine to stay for a reasonable price just to stay one night to catch an early flight and be able to leave my car at their parking lot but I would not choose to stay there for any length of time. Rooms were fairly clean but air conditioner did not work well and limited channels for TV viewing since it wasn’t a sight seeing trip. We called the front desk on an issue and did not get any help.

Not impressed

This is hotel is very old and not kept in good repair. It was also not very clean. I thought that I would get more for my money even though it was a good deal.

We recommend

This Quality Inn Airport hotel had one of the best customer services that I have seen so far. Location was the best. Front desk employee greeted with smile. Staff was great. St. Louis places of attractions were close by to the hotel. I got this hotel in a deal and found that this Quality Inn Airport hotel was among the best hotel deals in St. Louis. Parking was free. Free hot breakfast offered by this St. Louis hotel was great. It also had free wireless internet access. Thue St. Louis hotel surely exceeded my expectations and I will return.

Room was hot, hot , hot

Arrived at 11pm, room was so hot I couldn’t sleep. Had to put cold wash clothes all over to cool down. Had arranged for 5 am shuttle on reservation and at the front desk. They told me to call 15 minutes prior to then, which I did. When I came down, shuttle was pulling away completely full and there were 8-10 people waiting. Had to take a taxi. They did give me a 20% refund to cover cost of taxi.

Good for the price

This hotel was really good for the price we paid for it..The cleaness of the hotel was ok could be alot better. The breakfast was Great my boys loved the breakfast. The staff at the hotel were really great.. Very helpful in giving directions to certain attractions we were looking for. I would probably stay here again

Impressed

This Quality Inn Airport hotel was just next to the airport. Hotel shuttle came within 5-6 minutes to receive us on airport. Check in was done quickly. The staff at front desk was very polite, friendly, had good information about best places to see in St. Louis, best places to dine in St. Louis. The room was very pleasant and clean. I was satisfied with the quality and comfort of beds. Initially I was a bit worried after reading few of the reviews, but I realized that this St. Louis hotel was far much better in services, quality and reasonable price as compared to other St. Louis hotels and motels. Pool area was clean, we also used the fitness center. Free breakfast has good quality food. There are many famous St. Louis tourist attractions close to Quality Inn Airport. Public transportation is very close to this hotel and hence it is easy to get to all well-known St. Louis attractions including St. Louis downtown, St. Louis Arch, Botanical Garden, Edwards Stadium, St. Louis Six flags, St. Louis Zoo, and St. Louis Westport area. I am glad that I chose Quality Inn Airport hotel for my 2 day St. Louis stay.

Not impressed

The entire hotel smelled of smoke a little. But, when we went into our "non-smoking" room we nearly passed out. And it wasn’t just the room. When we went to bed every time we moved a cloud of smoke came out of the pillows and bed. I felt like I had spent the night at a bar and we were only there a few hours because we had to be at the airport at 4:30am. We were all sick the following week!

Good hotel at reasonable price

I will stay at this quality Inn Airport hotel because this was one of those hotels that had best St. Louis hotel deals. St. louis attractions such as Edwards Stadium, Missouri Botanical Garden, Gateway Arch were close to the hotel. Hotel provides free airport shuttle service. Parking was free. It was easy to rent a car as the car rental company was near hotel. Many restaurants were close to hotel. Free breakfast at Golden pancake restaurant with the stay at quality Inn airport hotel of St. Louis. Staff was polite and friendly. This Quality Inn Airport of St. Louis was better than most of the St. louis motels, St. Louis hotels, and St. Louis lodging that I have stayed earlier.

No elevator!

One of the biggest problems with this hotel was the absence of an elevator - and no forewarning of that deficit. We had to haul very large, heavy suitcases up and down a flight of stairs - which for people with handicaps is not a good thing! Front desk staff gave a half-hearted "sorry" but did not offer any other accomodation. Otherwise it was okay - convenient to the St Louis airport.

Park Fly package at Quality Inn Airport St. Louis

I booked this Quality Inn Airport because of its reasonable Park and Fly package. Hotel provides free airport transportation. We were told that we can park our car in the hotel parking lot for a week..with a reservation for 1 night. That helped a lot. Free hotel shuttle dropped us on airport on time at 5:15 am.When we returned after 2 days, hotel shuttle picked us quickly from airport. We found our car safe in the hotel parking lot. Hotel room was clean. Free services from hotel also included free high-speed wifi internet, and free hot breakfast at the restaurant next door. Breakfast was good quality and internet worked perfect. Bedding in the room was very comfortable and clean. I was impressed with the price, and the amenities provided by this Quality Inn Airport of St. Louis. This hotel was close to major St. Louis attractions including St. Louis downtown area and airport. I would recommend this hotel to all.

safe and comfortable place to rest

I will recommend Quality Inn Airport St Louis to friends and St. Louis travelers. This hotel gives the best possible hotel room rates in the area. It is not a very huge and fancy hotel, but the cleanliness is maintained everywhere. Services are provided at right time. This St. Louis hotel has a free shuttle service for the airport. It was very convenient for me and my family to get to the hotel through the hotel shuttle service. Hotel staff was friendly. With this St. Louis hotel reservation, we were close to St. Louis airport, St. Louis arch, St. louis downtown, St. Louis zoo, St. Louis six flags, botanical garden, and many other places of attractions in St. Louis. Our room was clean, cleaning staff came everyday to clean our room. Beds were clean and comfortable. I loved the pillows. My son found the fitness center helpful. Pool area was clean and quiet. Free hot breakfast in the morning was great. I think that we got more for the what we actually paid. Me and my family has decided to stay in Quality Inn Airport hotel for all our future St. Louis visits.

Terrible condition of the hotel

The hotel is decent enough for the price, however our stay was less than pleasant. The hotel was full and we couldn’t get additonal towels for hours. There was not hot water the entire duration of our stay and then our bathroom had a leak in the ceiling that was significant. Someone was given our room w/key and tried to get in while we were there. The hotel claims 24 hour shuttle, however it doesn’t really run until 5 a.m. The shuttle driver was late, rude and arguing with staff. This is the first time I’ve written a complaint on a hotel. The staff was friendly, however not working to fix anything with any sense of urgency. I would not recommend this hotel.

found a perfect location budget hotel in St. Louis

Quality Inn Airport is a hotel I will be staying for all my future visits to St. Louis, Missouri. This hotel has free shuttle buses for airport. Shuttle driver received me in few minutes from airport. Staff at check in was friendly. Room clean and acceptable. Suite had microwave,fridge and nice huge bed. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Liked the fitness center. Free breakfast was hot and delicious with good amount of quantity. Hotel location is best as it is close to St. Louis downtown and Westport St. Louis. This Quality Inn Airport hotel of St. Louis is also comparatively less expensive than other hotels in airport area. My recent St. Louis visit was much comfortable at Quality Inn Airport hotel.
