A Picture Is Not Worth A Thousand Words-Read the Review
While the scenery is gorgeous the hotel is not. We first arrived to a moldy mildew smell in our room that never dissapated. You know the guy you saw on match.com who looks like a supermodel, but then you meet him and he is balding and overweight-that is this resort. The bottled water tastes horrendous, and the food is extremely salty. We were never dehydrated! This resort needs an extreme makeover.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
My tip for you-do not be fooled by the glossy photos, and pack a case of water in your luggage.

Good time for first all inclusive experience
No complaints, other than having dress codes at the a la carte restaurants. Who wants to wear pants in the tropical weather? Rooms were always cleaned, sometimes twice per day. Service was slow a few times, like when I called for a cart to pick me/luggage up at the room to go to the lobby.

just okay
My girlfriends and I do a girls weekend every year. This is not one of the more memorable places we have stayed. The hotel could do with some updating and while most of the staff were very friendly and helpful the hostess in the main buffet was extremely rude on few occasions we had the misfortune to meet her. One of our party had a family emergency and had to leave early and while getting internet access was easy getting printer access was a nightmare but thanks to a really nice member of staff on the front desk and the Royal vacation club guy we got her all sorted out and on her way. We had rain two of our four days there and while there was plenty of alcohol available there was no food available in the main lobby area in the afternoon so you can just imagine the chaos that produced. all in all we were not happy and would not return.
