Excellent choice
Excellent hotel with many amenities like a 24hour restaurant, private beach (eventhough I prefer to walk on sand rather than pebbles) with massage sessions, huge pool, indoor heated pool, gym and much more...

great family location
they are quite small rooms and some a little tired BUT the private beach is fabulous for families with small children as it is enclosed, no surf, has beach toys and sun lounges for the adults!
try to get a rate with breaky included as this cetainly adds very expensive extras!

Prentenious and extremely slow service
Due to some transportation problems, we arrived late to the hotel. Although we paid for the room for two nights well in advance and called the hotel to inform them of our traveling needs, they made us wait for the room until traditional check in, therefore, we paid for two nights stay and we unable to get our room for the time that we had paid for it. When we did get the room, we found only one towel in it, so we called housekeeping to get more. After 1 hour of waiting, we still did not get the towels we had requested. We ended up leaving after 3 hours to go to dinner (still no towels) and found them when we returned. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely difficult to understand (remote in French). I asked the doorman to help me turn it on when he delivered our bags. No help. We ended up calling the front desk several hours later to have someone come to the room to turn on the air conditioner. He was unable to do it at first and had to reset the remote control and adjust a few things before it eventually did turn on. The hotel and environment although extremely chic and modern, was very pretentious. I called several times to speak with the reservations department about the transportation issue and had my calls dropped 4 different times. Had to call home to the states to have family try to reach the hotel to speak with reservations about the issue. Very unhelpful. I do not recommend this hotel.
