Holiday Inn doesn’t live up to its name!
I reserved a room for a family of 5. There was no refrigerator or microwave in it. The room was extremely small. Holiday Inn has always maintained a certain standard and this hotel falls below the Holiday standard. I paid way too much for such a small room and trying to fit 5 people in it too. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The outlet near the sink was almost coming out. If you were to pull hard on a cord, it would have popped out of the all. The free breakfast was the best I’ve had. However, the whole hotel just didn’t seem very kid friendly at all. They had an inground pool, but it was in the buildings adjacent to our part of the hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was way overpriced for what you get.

Clean & Comfy
Very friendly staff and helpful to us with questions of the area. Nice, clean room and comfortable beds. Close to Smoky Mtn. Park and also the GSMR Train Depot. Would stay here again.

Just OK
We never received clean towels or more coffee. I would have been nice if they could have least apologized for putting us in a room that was already occupied. We opened the door and the TV was on and someone in the shower. I imagine we scared them to death! I would have been! When I told them at the desk about the mistake they just keep looking at the computer and never acknowledged that I was speaking to them.
