Poor customer service
I requested a roll away bed when I made the reservation but upon arrival was told I could not have one. They wouldn’t bring a mattress, give us another room, or even a second room. The lady at the front desk didn’t even try to come up with a solution or sincerely apologize for the error. Nor was anything deducted from my bill.

Decent Hotel for the Money
Nice hotel for the money. Location is unspectacular, but close to Philadelphia. If you are concerned with safety or costs associated with staying in Phila, this is a good alternative.
Traveler's tip
Be mindful of the NAVI systems if driving to the hotel. There are two identical addresses in Willow Grove, only one is this hotel. Thehotel is located neqr the exit ramp to the Turnpike, and shares teh plaza with Home Depot.

Very well kept!!
Hotel was very clean and comfortable! My family of 4 had a room with 2 queen size beds that were very comfortable. The hotel is near I-276! Lobby area was very clean. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. Will definitely stay there again!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
A lot of restaurants near by i.e. Carrabba’s, Olive Garden, McDonald’s. Mall is 2 miles away. Travel note: If you’re using your GPS, make sure that the city is Horsham instead of Willow Grove. The towns are nearby.
