Good Value
I recently stayed 1 night at the Broadway Inn. I was there for an exam at the Lexington Convention Center. Compared to the hotels that were slightly closer to the CC, this hotel was about half the price. It was about a 10 minute drive to the CC, not bad. The room was clean and well maintained. It wasn’t the most up to date, but everything was clean. The bed had a Tempur Pedic mattress. As I booked their cheapest room, I take it that all rooms are suites as mine was. It had a separate "living room" from the bedroom which contained a desk, table, couch, mini fridge, and tv. The staff was very helpful with a few small requests I had (copying some papers and borrowing a hole puncher). I would stay here again.

Would stay here again--good value
The Inn on Broadway is a good hotel for the price. It was definitely the best value we found with this proximity to downtown and the university. The room was bigger than expected; it was actually a suite with a separate living area. The Inn on Broadway is an older facility but is well-maintained. The carpets in the hallways are stained, but the room itself is clean and comfortable. It isn’t luxurious, but it is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly.
