This hotel was outstanding. The room was way above our expectations and very affordable. The staff was friendly and polite. Complimentary breakfast was good. Our stay was very enjoyable and we are looking forward to going back.

Very Pleasant Stay
Staying at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. We only have one regret...our stay was only one night! The room size was average, but very comfortable thanks to the hotel’s great use of space. The decor was also very modern and chic. I like how they keep their kitchen and bar open 24 hours! We checked in late from photographing an all-day wedding event at the Lake Mary Events Center and brought in some microwavable food for a late night meal. The rooms did not have any microwaves, but since the kitchen was open, they kindly took our food, heated everything, and plated it all using the hotel’s dinner and silverware. I never knew Mac n’ Cheese could look so gourmet! The staff was also very courteous. We highly recommend the Hyatt Place a great place to stay.

Comfortable and covenient
Hyatt Place, Lake Mary is a perfectly reasonable place to stay. Hotel is fairly new. Staff are friendly, has pool, fitness room and two computers for free internet access. Quiet location but only a few minutes drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and freeways.
Remember major family attractions like Disneyworld and Universal Studios are close to Orlando and these may take 30 mins drive or more, depending on traffic, from Lake Mary. However there are many other attractions eg Kennedy Space Center, Merrit Island Wildlife Refuge that can be accessed from Lake Mary without the crowds of major routes.
