Staff was EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING for our business needs.
We had several boxes shipped for us by the hotel staff at the last minute, prior to our departure. We received all items in good condition!

Disappointed
I stayed at the hotel before. They gave me an excellent room in one corner of the hotel. I though all rooms were like that one so I decided to go back and stay on the secure 9th floor to see experience the magic at a higher rate. It turned out to be a waste of money. the room was tiny, all cramped. The bathroom door opened to an awkward place that kind of interrupted the way out of it. Not enough space for 2 people at the same time using the bathroom. The "continental" breakfast consisted on pretty much bagels only. The first morning a clock alarm started making noise next to my room, I called the reception and explained them the situation. They never sent someone to get into the room to turn it off. It stayed making noise for 2 hours. Called again the receptionist. She started making excuses but did not sent anyone again. I ended up just getting out of there and talking to a cleaning lady that finally entered the room and turned it off. A total dissapointment this second time. Make sure you ask for a corner room if you go.

A Great Hotel
The hotel was great and the extras made it even better. The restaurants are awesome and the bar is spectacular (it has great food and is smoke free). The location puts you close to everything and there is plenty to do and see within walking distance.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Try to find parking in the area before parking in the ramp.
