Nice and new place
This was a nice hotel in a new suburban area of Richmond. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and satisfactory. Underground parking was a plus. Close to mall and newer shopping areas. However, if you want to spend a lot of time in the historic section of Richmond you need about 20 minutes to get there by car. That was really the only negative about staying here. I had a car rented so I didn’t care.

Great experience at a great value priced hotel
We stay in a lot of hotels. This one is a cut above. It is a new property. Very clean. Staff was excellent...very friendly and helpful. It is about 1/4 mile from the Short Pump mall. Only place they could improve was the free continental breakfast could have been better quality. But, still, they had fresh fruit, coffee, waffles, eggs, etc.
Traveler's tip on dining
Short Pump mall is about 1/4 mile away. Lots of shopping and dining there. We like Maggiano’s Italian restaurant. But, there are many, many restaurants available there.

Excellent!!!!
Hotel was great room was very clean and had a modern decore the bathroom was hugh! For some reason our room had a bell don’t know why but was kind of cool until someone pressed it a couple of times for no reason, good thing we were able to plug it out. Breakfast was nice, its continental so didn’t expect anything lavish, great location lots of shopping around the area and close to highway. Only problem we had w/ the room was that the rack for to hang clothes was too short and there was no wash cloth in the room i guess someone forgot.
