Not up to par
This hotel is not up to Country Inn standards. It needs work and updating... seems quite shop worn.

I would be happy to stay there again.
The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and hosted by a friendly staff. The breakfast was much better than the usual complimentary meal. There was a nice upright cabinet with drawers but no place to spread out your belongings.The small refrigerator was placed on the floor. The accommodations were great otherwise.

Nice Hotel
Nice quiet hotel away from the main stripe but close enough to walk to some attractions and stores.

Loved the black light putt putt at Lazer Port which was walking distance from hotel.

Good Place to Stay.
It’s was good. It was nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub to come back from our day trips.

The racecars on the wooden track were great!!! Dollywood was good too. The mountains were just absolutely beautiful. We drove the National park and did a little hiking.

Not Impressed
This was an o.k. hotel for the Pigeon Forge area...definitely not the worst, but I expected a lot better from Country Inn and Suites, which I’ve stayed in before in other locations. The staff was o.k., not particularly friendly and inviting, but not rude either. Their biggest oversight was the fact that they did not clean our room while we were there. The room appeared clean when we checked in, but was not serviced the next day. They did apologize when we checked out the following morning.

If you have children between the ages 6-15, you must take them to Wonderworks. Fun and educational! They’ll be having so much fun, they won’t realize they’re studying science.

The was the typical chain hotel
Thew bed was confortable. Smelled smokey and the workout room left alot to be desired. Staff was helpful and friendly.
