ANA Crowne Plaza Narita

Very pleased with this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel while overnighting in Tokyo on a trip back to the US from China. I was very pleased with the hotel-- it was clean, affordable, and close to the airport (about a 10-15 minute bus ride). I would definately stay there again.

Good for Narita overnight

The ANA was very good in all respects, the bus from Narita was quick. Staff was very helpful. I arrived late, too late for dinner, and no other restaurants available locally. Bar on top floor was way too quiet, too few people.

Huge room

My wife and I toured around Japan and stayed at several small and cramped hotel but ANA Crowne Plaza is huge. It is like an American size room which is great when you are repacking suitcases. Also great food in there restaurant at a reasonable price.

The hotel even has a free shuttle bus that will pick you up at Narita airport or the Narita train stations and drop you off there.

The hotel was very clean and had exceptional service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable in my room and the bed was just perfect. I enjoyed myself! As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable.

good place to stay if you have an early flight or late arrival

Clean, good location for airport. Not much to do. Food not great.

Good choice for stop over

The only negative is that the hotel bus from the airport to the hotel leaves once per hour. If you miss it you have to take a taxi or wait an hour. In the morning the bus was clearly announced and the desk staff knew the right time to leave

Very nice airport hotel

A very nice, comfortable and quiet hotel if staying overnight near Narita Airport. Free shuttle every half hour.

Great Tokyo Value

Hesitate to recommend so it doesn’t get heavily booked and pricier when I want to go back! Convient location. Three metro stops to Omote-Sando, five to Ginza, 10 minutes and 15 dollar cab ride to Tokyo station.

Buy a 7$ metro pass if taking more than 4 subway trips.

Nice airport hotel

Hotel was clean and accommodating to us after our long airline flight. Bed was quite good and we found every feature we could ask for. Only downside was the distance from any other services. It was not within walking distance of any shops, restaurants, parks or really anything. There is a free shuttle into town that runs fairly often, but traffic can be heavy and the 10 minute ride can turn into 30 minutes!

Skip the hotel restaurants - very pricey. The little convenience store in the hotel lobby sells some microwaveable entrees that were fresh and yummy and sustained us until we could take the shuttle bus into Narita and locate some more affordable cuisine.

Great place to stay night before early AM flights out of Narita.

I stayed here 1 night before an early flight out of Narita. Very nice hotel near Narita airport. Clean room and friendly staff. Room was small but standard size for Japan. Convenience store in lobby. Free shuttle to and from Airport.

Traveler's tip

Note; in case you are not familiar with Tokyo, the airport is a 60-90 min train ride from downtown Tokyo. Don’t stay here if you are sightseeing in Tokyo. It will cost you alot of money and time to go from here into Tokyo everyday.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent customer service

Despite its closeness to the Narita/Tokyo airport, there was no noticeable airplane taking off noises. A free shuttle bus to the hotel was available. The hotel staffs were very helpful finding a hotel in Japan for my next travel destination. The breakfast (buffet style, it is called ’Viking’ style in Japan) was excellent and the food selections were in both western and Japanese style and they were great. The bathroom/toilet was new and clean, the hot/cold, shower/tub selection was new type and pleasant to use and worked great.

Traveler's tip for business travelers

Compared with the hotels/motels in San Francisco and Los Angeles I’m familiar in terms of price, the facility, cleanliness, service were excellent. The size of room, however is rather smaller than those cities’.

nice hotel

this is a very nice hotel, rooms are clean, comfortable and has a great service. the only problem i founf with this hotel was that the rooms are a bit small compared to other hotels in NRT or Tokyo. but as you know crown plaza hotels are nice everywhere and have a complimentary shuttle service from the airport.
