The service was great and I will definitely stay again.
The hotel was within walking distance to St. Armand’s Circle, making it convenient to the local shops and restaurants. The pool was great with a Tiki bar. The beach was across the street, but was not an inconvenience to me. The beach area is fantastic and you can walk forever, it’s so nice and peaceful.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we love it there.
We got in late and found the room they put us in was really small compared to what we stayed in before. Apparently the end rooms are small compared to the middle rooms. I ask for a room change early in the morning and I was told to call back later that day. But my husband went down to the front desk and the gave us a different room immediately. So everything worked out. But dont get an end room. We didnt have enough room to turn around in the bath rooom and only three draws to put our clothes in. The food at poolside on weekends is awesome!
Traveler's tip on shopping
You can walk to St. Armands Circle and the clothing and food selections are abundant. Dont miss Tommy Bahamas. But select from the lunch menu, prices are a little high on the dinner menu but the food is great and the service is too.

Great Hotel, yet minor drawbacks
I went to sarasota, staying at the Holiday Inn, at Lido Beach. 2 Adults, a couple. Everything was absolutely wonderfull with the Hotel itself, it was more the conviences in the area that affected our stay. Unfortunetly, the hotel has no gift shop, so we had to walk 3 blocks to another hotel’s gift shop to get some sunscreen. Also, according to the Holiday Inn website, they have shuttling service, which they do not. At all. Other than that, we had a great stay! I would suggest getting the ocean view!

Armands circle can be done in a single day, so make sure you get a car if you want to do any more shopping, or see any types of attractions.
