Good hotel!
Smaller than it looks online. Very nice, clean and new. Breakfast was good. Good location. Free internet. Definitely recommend!

Good for stay but the service & food are poor
The hotel is very near to all the places which you would like to say like Jame el Fna, Kotobya ..etc. and very clsoe to the train station. The staff are so friendly but the service standards are very poor and also the food quality is not good. It is a nice place to stay on but bring your food with you or eat outside. Breakfast is included in the package, it is not bad but it is very limited, anyway it works. They have a small swimming pool but not bad, they have a lovely spa where you have enjoy the Moroccan Hammam, Jackuzi & massage. I reconmmend you to try it.
Traveler's tip
Try to eat outside, there is a Mac Donnalds & KFC in the train station which is about 15 minutes walking from the hotel. There is a lebanese resturant few steps from the hotel. You can ejoy a cheap dinner in Jame el Fna at night.

Don’t BOOK!! Terrible service!
The staff at the reception area are unbelieveably rude. When we checked in their attitude was as if they were the customer instead of us. They asked if we had our own pens to write on their check in forms and when I said no they reluctantly gave me a pen and requested for it back immediately after I was done. Even when it came for asking directions for directions to the nearest restaurant, all we got was a quick finger pointing us to the general direction. It was as if we were a burden. Stayed in a couple of different hotels in Marrakesh and pretty much this was the worse. So if you are looking for a place to stay don’t stay here.
