Most relaxing vacation ever!
My husband and I recently went to Capella for our honeymoon. We were extremely happy with the hotel, especially the service. Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, and the whole hotel is very natural and zen - not over-the-top bling. The food was also very good. And you really can’t beat the location and the views. It’s a cab ride away from the main center of Ixtapa, but it was great to be high up for the views, and away from the more touristy spots. We will definitely go back.

Great Hotel and Great Service
Hotel is new so everything is in working order and very clean. Hotel staff are very polite and worked hard to make the stay memorable. The views from the hotel were second to none. Food was resonable priced and good quality however, the drinks were very expensive. We would consider a future visit.

Heavenly
My husband and I were greeted upon arrival with juice and breakfast. Even though we arrived early we were gladly given our room. The bed was amazing. I think it was the best nap ever. Later we were warmly welcomed by Romana, the manager. She and the other staff members made sure we had more than everything we needed. The customer service was top-notch and the services and facilities are excellent. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico. It blows the competition out of the water. We stayed at another hotel in Zihuatanejo and it was the same price but not nearly as nice. I didn’t want to write a review because I don’t want to share the secret but I feel like they were so good to me that I need to return the favor. I can’t believe that I am the first to write a review! Stay here! You will not be disappointed.
Traveler's tip
They bring you ice cold beers and guacamole in your room around sunset-don’t miss it! Also don’t believe the hype about Mexico’s violence or swine flu. It is one of the safest, lovliest countries with some of the warmest people on Earth. They depend on our tourism and need it greatly at present.
