Great location and good value
This hotel is a little plastic but good value and a great location. Its staff is generally helpful and the room was extremely comfortable. The check out was difficult as an erroneous charge appeared on the bill and was hard to get taken off but in general the hotel was good.

Good central London hotel
Good location in Central London right next to Russel Sq underground station . Was the best value 4* hotel I could find on Expedia that provided a second bed at no extra charge - handy if there are two of you but you are not actually a couple :)

Excellent London Hotel Choice
The location of the hotel was great...one block from the Russell Square tube stop, and everything about the hotel was totally satisfactory.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t include the "English Breakfast" here (or at most hotels)...save it for the B&Bs. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby...Costa, Starbucks, Cafe Nero, and more.
