Great Location
Very good location to 16th street mall, good resturants, convention center etc. Great views of the city, Very comfortable room but not well supplied with towels, wash clothes etc. & microwave didn’t work. I would definately stay there again because it was overall very nice & a good value.

BEWARE - THIS IS NOT AN HOTEL
This is not an hotel; this is a condo complex. When you ’check in’, the receptionist gives you a key to an apartment and off you go. However, this is someone’s condo; their clothes are still in the closet, and their photos and magnets are on the fridge. And, the final blow, they are not contactable when you try to get a refund. Buyer beware.

The Brooks Tower room I stayed in was perfect for my tip to Denver. I travel frequently for buisness and would stay here again.
