not value for money
Initial impression wasn’t bad, as the hotel staff were quite friendly. But service was extremely slow, at check in 2 people were simultaneously responding/talking to everyone so that it took ages to finish. Also the qualityy of the food and service in the restaurant wasn’t great. Given its inconvenient location (and right next to a main road). It wasn’t very bad, but I would not stay here again, especially since there are so many great hotels in Delhi in the same price3 range but which a re much better in terms of comfort, service, quality, location.
