Only recommended for transit stay
This hotel has absolutely disappointed us (my wife and I). We were in Sri Lanka for an emergency in the family and wanted a hotel where we did not have to worry too much, as we had a lot of worries privately. Instead, this hotel became a real headache where we had more worries than in private. Room service and restaurant service leave a lot to be desired. Guest Service at the reception is not flawless either. It takes a lot of people to question before something gets done (if it gets done at all). They want us to come back, but we have already declined.

Ok But Remote and NOT 4 Star
It’s an ok hotel, but it is NOT a 4 star hotel and it’s neither in the resort area of Negombo not in Colombo, itself -- like, AT ALL. I also had to see 4 different rooms when I checked-in because some of the rooms didn’t have good a/c, etc. and it took almost 2 hours to finally get a decent room. It’s also a bit weird that the don’t air condition huge parts of the hotel, so you’ll walk down a humid and sweltering hallway and then your room will be air conditioned. It’s just a kind of weird hotel, and there is literally nothing around it, but if you just need a few days of refuge with tv and internet (which is actually free in your room -- no surcharge) then it’s ok.
