Doesn’t get better than this!
Had planned on staying at another, slightly further away hotel, but booked into this one at the very last second as it was much closer to our concert venue. And am I glad we did! From the time we pulled in, they were the nicest, most courteous staff I’ve ever encountered at any hotel ever. Ever helpful in getting us a cab or recommending something to do or somewhere to eat. The hotel itself is gorgeous and luxurious and the room much nicer and much bigger than any I’ve stayed in before in the middle of a major city for such a low rate. I could NOT recommend anywhere MORE! Stay here next time you’re in Chicago. It might be a little ways from the main loop, but you won’t be sorry!

Would highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Blackstone. Will go back!! The staff was wonderful, probably the best service and friendliness we have ever had. The location was great, we walked to the Art Museum, Field Musuem and Aquarium. Had breakfast at a great place that was fairly close called "Yoke" The rooms were very nice, comfortable, great design, and do request and pay extra for the Lake View. It was great!!

Very nice
The only drawback was that we had asked for two beds, and instead got a king bed. And when we asked for a rollaway, we were told we were on the waiting list for one, and it never arrived. One of our party had to sleep on a chair. Other than that, great service, gorgeous room, good location.
