NASTY SHEETS
When we arrived down there for my girlfriends birthday the hotel loby was nice and the people at the desk were very friendly but when we got to the room its was ok but the sheets must not have been changed it looked like they just made the bed up with old sheets there was hair all over the sheets and on the sofa in the room and the sheets were stained it was disgusting then went out on the balcony nice very but the chairs were so nasty i would not dare sit in them. i expected more then you pay 16 dollars to park then they take atleast 45 minutes to get your car after i call before i leave my room i do not mind paying for parking if the service is good but it was not. i will not stay here again.

GREAT ALL AROUND!
Hotel staff was very pleasant. great service with a smile. free hotel shuttle within 3 miles is awesome and very convenient. The lobby, bar, restaurant, and pool deck is not only well kept but very inviting and serves for a great atmosphere. free internet and workstations in the lobby is also a great amenity. Rooms were very comfortable and the room services was very friendly and polite. if you’re traveling to Tampa and need a centralized hotel thats worth the buck...STAY AT THE SHERATON RIVERWALK.
Tampa isn’t exactly the place for nightlife, compared to Los Angeles, New York, or Miami but its a great place for a relaxing dinner.

The hotel is quiet, good view and within walking distance to good resturants. Recomment for a weekend getaway.
