Not Impressed
I hated this hotel. I could not sleep well because the I-4 traffic was too noisy. The restaurant and lounge did not look crisp clean (some of the table cloth were not ironed) and poorly decorated.
Visit Morse Museum to see the collection of Tiffany’s work.

Nice Stay right in Downtown Orlando
Very nice hotel right in downtown Orlando. The only problem I found is that the air conditioner was very loud and it disturbed my sleep somewhat. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

My stay
The bartender was very rude and inexperienced dealing with a large crowd. She said there wasn’t a manager on duty when I asked to speak with one since she was horrible but the hotel was great. It’s so hard to hire great help!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Crowne Orlando. A great location that allowed me to walk to the Amway center.

Look Elsewhere or Be Warned
This must be the only hotel in Orlando without a pool. How could I have thought this feature was standard everywhere including this hotel? When temps hit the high 80’s and low 90’s, all you have available is your bath tub to cool off in. And please, don’t be confused by the hotel’s use of the word "suite". The rooms are clean and nice, but without a dividing wall, their suites are just larger rooms with a couch or an extra chair.

Just right
Used by my brother and I as a base for watching the Orlando Magic at the Amway Arena and proved to be exceptionally located for that purpose. Room was clean and spacious.

Comfortable but noisy
The hotel was very clean, rooms were clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. There was alot of outside noise through all hours - train, I-4 traffic, etc. Restaurant has great food.

Excellent location. A few minutes drive from downtown and a 5 minute walk from the home of the Orlando Magic.

Great Hotel
This Hotel was very nice and clean, especially for the price. It’s conveniently located right dear downtown Orlando. They also provide a free taxi service to the main areas downtown. I was very pleased with this hotel and their staff.

Upscale Bargain Downtown Orlando
Room was clean updated and comfortable. In the heart of downtown. Be prepared as hotel charged daily rate for parking, but the lot was well lighted and guard on duty. Great views of downtown close to arenas, restaurants and shopping
