I would stay here again. Felt safe.
Needs to work on Front Desk customer service. When I arrived, I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk in order to check in. Check in, when it happened, went very smoothly and friendly, but no mention was made of where to access the continental breakfast. When I checked out at 7am, office sign said "Open", but the door was locked and no one was in the office. I asked for a smoking room, but had no ashtrays; and again no one was in the office to get some from. Cleanliness for an older property is very commendable. Beds, very firm, afforded a good night’s sleep. Property is within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants.
