Not impressed with this four-star hotel.
For a four-star hotel, this hotel was unimpressive. The room was very dirty (especially the carpet), moldy, damp, and unclean. Upon arrival, the bed looked like it had been laid on or slept in. The water pressure was poor, and the street outside was very noisy at all hours. Avoid the breakfast buffet as it is extremely overpriced, and put a lockdown on your mini-bar lest someone steal items from it. Not at all what was expected of a four-star hotel. The good point: VERY close to the Champs-Elysees.
