From the time we arrived to our departure all the employees were very nice. The bed was very comfortable I slept very well. A/C is ice cold. A few things could of been better but my husband said that he wants to stay here on our next visit. One of the best things we discovered on a walk we took our first day there. The fountain of youth is behind it. A few beautiful peacocks were walking around on the street outside of it. The trolley stops there because of the big 600 year old tree on the property. You can buy your ticket in the office. The only things I think they should do to improve the property is the lights on the tree need to be fixed to work. I was a little bit disappointed that they didn’t light up like in the picture. That’s one of the reasons why I booked here. Also very important if you like your coffee in the morning my husband said it wasn’t good at all. They might need to just clean out their coffee maker and use filtered water. Also one thing I didn’t understand was why the garbage was outside only a few feet from the breakfast door. They should not have it where people are coming in and out. Many choices to choose from but I just ate cereal and a banana for a healthy choice. And there is a Thai restaurant that’s very good right across the street. The pool looked really nice but we didn’t have a chance to use it. One last thing that they really need under the big tree is new outdoor furniture. Great location
