Ocean View efficiency has great view of oceanfront
Spent long weekend in October. Not the newest hotel on the strip, but definately comfortable and with extra amenities.

Sands Ocean Club Resort
We enjoyed the fact that everything was available at the resort. We were on the beach, there was an indoor pool, there were restaurants, there was a conveince store, a golf store and a gift shop all under the same roof. I enjoyed the spa and had a wonderful massage at a reasonable price. We ate several meals there at two different restaurants. There was live entertainment throughout the day that I could sit on my balcony and enjoy and there was kareoki in the bar at night. The price was good. The room was in need of remodeling but adequate. The service was the best that I have received at any hotel(doorman, bellhop, conceirge etc.) and best of all very friendly in a professional way. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

This hotel needs a lot, and I mean a lot of upgrading and remodeling.
The stey at Sands Ocean Club was not a good one. When you first walk into the lobby, all you smell is smoke because of the club right next to the door. When I walked into the rooms, it was not pleasing at all. The door outside and the light, when you walk inti the room, didn’t work. They don’t have king size beds, so you have to make the most out two double beds. This hotel needs a lot, and I mean a lot of upgrading and remodeling.
