On The Beach
When in Panama City Beach , This is the place. Nice clean lobby for surfing the web Coffee shop style. Rooms very clean neat, service good, staff very friendly. And RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!!

Seahaven
The hotel is old. Needs a face lift really bad. It had an overall run down look to it. Not at all what is depicted on the website. The shower had little or no water pressure. The water did not drain from the tub (gross). The toilet was lose from the floor. Handrail on balcony was shaky especially for the 6th floor. Positive note, the A/C worked great! People were friendly and helpful.

Will stay there again
I found this hotel to be pleasant, excellent view of the ocean, ocean front room. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool area with pool towels. Convenient location to attractions, and restaurants. I requested "no maid service" and the maid did not disturb at all. (They gave me a "do not disturb sign" to hang on the door.) I simply exchanged my damp towels daily, at the front desk. The front desk was always present and attentive. Even when I called at 4:30 a.m. to tell them I was ready to check out, they answered the phone on the first ring. Since I had prepaid thru Expedia, I did not have to go to the front desk to check out, the front desk said okay to leave the key in the room. And thanked me for staying, and I said I enjoyed the hotel.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
At the hotel front desk, pick up coupons for Pizza or other items. I simply called to order pizza, using my coupon, and it was less 1 mile away for me to go pick up my order. My "king suite" room had a full kitchen, so the large refrigerator accomadated my large pizza box leftover.
