Nice place
Only complaint was with the alleged view. It said that each room had a patio with a view of either mountains or lake, ours was actually below the parking lot. If we looked up we could see the sky other wise there was no real view. The food was excellent in the grill, the service was great. Everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Pikes peak was awesome as was the garden of the gods

Posted: 24-Nov-09We would like to thank the guest for his positive comments. We are being much more careful on our room descriptions as his room was on a lower floor and faced east which does not have a view of the pond/lake or the mountains!

Sucky service
Lack of care and concern on the part of the staff ruined our stay

Posted: 24-Nov-09We were sorry to read we had disappointed this customer. We had only been open a few months and have since made major changes to personnel. Both the General Manager and Food and Beverage Director working for us at that time are no longer with us, and according to more recent customers, both the hotel and restaurant service are now top quality.

would stay again
this is a very nice place to stop for a night or sol the room was clean, nicely furnished. the only drawback to the room was the lack of light above the mirror over the sink. The resteraunt on site is a bit expensive but the food was good and the service far above expectations
