Great hotel, great location, great service.....
Very modern hotel in a great location very centrally located, just a short walk to the Old Town Square and the river, my room was a bit small but was very nice and very clean, and the service was great. You can pretty much ask Dean at the front desk anything you want to find, and he’ll find it for you. And then the manager Helena was exceptionally nice as well. I needed a US adaptor , so she told me to go and buy one and they would buy it back from me upon my leaving the hotel. I would definitely stay here again although hotel was a bit expensive for Prague, but was a great stay nonetheless.

Everything - location, service, room design, food, hospitality - were excellent. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended.

great hotel in excellent area and proximity
I stayed at the hotel only for one night, but the service is impeccable. The room is clean, the bed super comfy and the breakfast buffet outstanding. You also get a warm breakfast prepared individually for you. The hotel is only one block off from the main shopping street and you can be at Old Town square in 10 minutes on a leisurely stroll.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Use the Zen Spa - prices are very reasonable ($28 for a fantastic 30 min footmassage)
