Nice Hotel in a good neighborhood
Although it was about 20 minutes north of airport in Linthicum (about halfway between airport and downtown Baltimore), it was in a good area. A lot of restaurants & shopping centers were within driving distance to the east. Free breakfast buffet at Restaurant was adequate, staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value, but you do need a car to get around.
Free parking, easy to get there by car. Very interesting with helpful guides. Both adults and children can enjoy.

Not as advertised
Air travelers beware. We choose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. When staying here you have to pay to leave your car in the lot if you use the airport shuttle. In the long run it is cheaper to use long term parking at BWI. Never had to pay for this service at the Philly airport hotels.

Horrible Service. Don’t checkin late.
The service provided by this hotel was horrible. They made me wait in the lobby for almost an hour, even though I had a prepaid reservation. Their computer was apparently doing "auditing", and they could not check me in. They did not have the mere courtesy of apologizing for the inconvenience, and made faces. They shouldn’t be in "hospitality" business, as they were not hospitable at all...
