Could not believe a sheraton hotel would be run like this one.
The hotel need restoration. The management should not be in service business

Weekend Visit
The hotel was nice, and the service was acceptable. Do not expect the star rating of the Tunisian tourism board to correspond to an American or European rating. The only real disadvantage was the location: it is not walking distance to anything. It is simple and inexpensive to take taxis, but I prefer a hotel where I can leave and stroll into some sort of interesting or entertaining situation. This place has more of a "compound" feel: you are secluded from the city.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Be aware that a cab from the airport to the hotel should only cost about 3 dinars. Insist that they use the meter.

the stay was ok....you will be needing a car, but u can order taxis very easily, internet connection was very good. The food wasn’t wawo at all, it was ok.
